The idea
Isn't it a brilliant idea to combine the foosball table and cooler? What a nice way to chill relax and have some fun!
We received this request from a client from Germany whose client is looking for some outdoor cool ideas. And this is what we offered as one option and eventually chosen by their client. 
As one of our cooler products' factory, this manufacturer has the patent for this style and their quality is absolute the top. 

Problem Coming
All went very well except for when client received the preproduction sample – they loved the overall quality but just feel like the player rod is not strong enough! That's a strange feedback we ever got on this item, because nobody ever complaint on this. The brand will have to cancel the order if the rod quality cannot be improved! 

Think positive and offer solutions!
When we received this feedback from our client, solutions have been provided immediately. Although factory is quite confidence with the current rod quality, it's still nothing if the brand doesn't like it. 
Solution A – we source this exactly same size but stronger rod from another rod factory and sent for our factory to assemble.
Solution B – Custom made stronger rod with the original rod factory but they request MOQ of 10K rods – we only need 2K rods for this job!!
Our client because a bit anxious because the branding is thinking about cancelling.

Solution A has soon been tested failure by us because we sourced over 5 rod factories all their quality isn't good enough than current ones! So we have to go work something work with solution B otherwise the brand will be cancelling the order! 
After rounds and rounds negotiation with the original rod factory and they eventually agreed to do custom stronger rod but MOQ has to be 5K which is still over our needs.
Then we come up with this idea that we can purchase 5K rods this time if the brand like the quality they would probably re-order and that would make the rest rods usable! And client agreed with this idea and willing to pay for the extra rods which is only few hundreds dollars and can be credited off if client is re-order.

Problem Solved
Eventually the brand really liked the stronger rods quality and kept the order ongoing. Our clients are very happy that by think positive and try everything we can think of we saved the order and made their client happy! 
"Thanks for all your efforts regarding this project! You really helped a lot!!" words from our client after the order was checked and shipped, that probably the best thing we'd like to hear from clients!
